This decision (s)  is promulgated in Bahasa Indonesia. The translation into English language is for assisting users who do not understand bahasa Indonesia and shall not affect the interpretation of the decision. In the event of any inconsistency between  the Bahasa Indonesia and English text, the Bahasa Indonesia shall prevail
