The Limitation to the Highest or Lowest Offering Price toward Stock
Entered into JATS in Regular and Cash Markets
Jakarta- On Sunday, October 12, 2008, Indonesia Stock Exchange issued the Circular Letter No. Se-004/BEI-PSH/10-2008 on the Limitation to the Highest or Lowest Offering Price toward Stock Entered Into JATS in Regular and Cash Markets. Considering the latest market situation, Indonesia Stock Exchange sees the importance to make changes on the Auto Rejection provisions in the SE-009/BEJ/12-2001 dated December 3, 2001 to maintain an order, proper and efficient trading. The changes made are as follows:

Reference Prices used to limit the highest or lowest offering price toward stocks entered into JATS at the Regular and Cash Markets are determined by:
a. the Opening Price formed in the Pre-Opening Session; or
b. the Closing Price of the previous closing date if a Pre-Opening Price is not formed
(Previous Price).

JATS will automatically do the Auto Rejection to the prices input into the JATS at the Regular and Cash Markets if:
a. the selling or the buying orders are smaller than Rp 50 (fifty rupiah);
b. the selling or the buying orders are more than 10% (ten percent) above or below
the Reference Price

In a case that a Listed Company doing corporate actions, in 3 (three) consecutive Exchange Days after the end of equity trading that has right (cum periode) in Regular Market, the Reference Price used is the Previous Price of each market (Regular or Cash).

Stock trading as a result of initial public offering is determined twice wider than Auto Rejection percentage as mentioned in 2b.
By the implementation of this Circular Letter, the Circular Letter No: SE-009/BEJ/12-2001 on December 3, 2001 regarding the Limitation to the Highest or Lowest Offering Price toward Stock Entered Into JATS (Auto Rejection) is affirmed not valid anymore starting from October 13, 2008. The Circular Letter is effective from October 13, 2008 and could be revised by considering the relevant condition.
The above has herewith been brought to public attention.
