Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) provides real-time trading data in the form of Data Feed format.

Data Feed Packages
 
Data Feed packages offered are: 

  1. Data Feed version G4.03d
    Real time data available in this package are: Order, Trade, Index, News, and Stock Summary.

  2. Data Feed version G4.22c
    Real time data available in this package are: Order Book (5 level), Trade, Index, News, and Stock Summary.

Customer Data Feed

Customer Data divided into 2, as follows:

  1. Data Vendor is the companies who use IDX Data to distribute to third party.

  2. Exchange members, is IDX Exchange members that use IDX Data for Back Office, Front Office and Online Trading.
    Exchange members that use IDX data other than those specified (distribute to third parties) will be treated as a Vendor. 

Customer Data Feed can get Data Feed directly from IDX or through Data Feed Vendor (Authorized Vendor). Customer who obtained Data Feed from Vendor for distribution to third parties is called Re-Vendor. All customers Data Feed (Vendor and Exchange Members) both receiving data from IDX or from Vendor is obliged to make an agreement with IDX.

Bond Reporting

Background

Background of the implementation of the obligation to Bond Transaction Reporting through CTP PLTE (Recepient of Bond Transaction Reporting), such as :

  • Bpepam-LK Rule Number X.M.3 concerning Bond Transaction Reporting

  • Dcision of Chairman of Bapepam-LK Number KEP-338/BL/2009 Date 30 September 2009 about the Appointed of Indonesia Stock Exchange as the Recipient of Bond Transaction Reporting. 

Bond Transaction must be reported 

Bond Transaction must be reported according to rule X.M.3 is Securities Transaction for Bond and Sukuk that have been sold through an Initial Public Offering, Government Bond and other securities specified by the chairman of Bapepam-LK must be reported, which are traded in the secondary market.

Bond Transaction to be reported

  • Outright;

  • Donation;
  • Inheritance;

  • Barter;

  • Legal Transfer;

  • Merger&Acqusition;

  • Lending - Borrowing

  • Repurchase agreement/repo;

  • In House Transfer;

  • Buy back;

  • Redeem;

  • Convertion;

  • Guaranty; 

  • Others transaction specified by the chairman of Bapepam-LK

Party must submit report on it’s transaction

Any Party who performs Bond Transaction must submit report on its Bond
Transaction to CMFISA through Beneficiary of Bond Transaction Report, with the following supervision:

  1. If Bond Transaction is performed in Stock Exchange, the reporting on Bond Transaction automatically has been done through Stock Exchange

  2. If Bond Transaction is performed outside Stock Exchange :

    • If Bond Transaction is performed Over the Counter, the reporting on Bond Transaction must be done through Participant.

    • If Bond Transaction is performed do not through Participant but the settlement performed through Participant, the reporting automatically must be done through Participant who settles its Bond Transaction.

    • If Bond Transaction and its settlement are performed do not through Participant so the reporting of Bond Transaction must be done through Participant appointed to do its Bond Transaction Reporting. 

    • If Bond Transaction is performed by Government or Bank of Indonesia, the Reporting of Bond Transaction must be done through Participant, according to the mechanism as mentions I clause 2a, 2b and 2.c

    • If Bond Transaction in the form of conversion to another Securities through Participant, according to the mechanism as mentions I clause 2a, 2b and 2.c

Bond Transaction Electronic Reporting System through Central Trading Platform (CTP) 

  1. Reporting must be done not later than 30 minutes with the following provisions :

    • After Bond Transaction occur, if Bond Transaction is performed by or through Participants; or

    • After the settlement instruction is received by Participant, if Bond Transaction is not performed through Participant but the settlement performed by the refer Participant. 

    • After Participant receive Bond Transaction Reporting, if Bond Transaction and the settlement of Bond Transaction are not performed by the refer Participant.

  2. Participants choose the type of transcation reporting, as follows :

    • For reporting obligations; or

    • For reporting obligations and additional services  (VAS-Value Added Service)

  3. Bond Transaction Reporting through CTP-PLTE performed by Participants with the following supervisions : 
    • If transaction is performed among Participants :
      1. Participant who performed Selling input Bond Transaction Reporting and make confirmation to Participant who performed Buying.

      2. In case of Participant who performed buying didn’t make confirmation for Bond Transaction Reporting as mention in Rule No. X.M.3 until end of working day, so its reporting will be recorded in the next working day with status unconfirmed. 

    • In case of Bond Transaction is performed among Participant with party who is not Participant, so its Bond Transaction Reporting input to CTP-PLTE by Participant.

    • In case of Bond Transaction is performed among party who is not Participant, the Bond transaction Reporting must be done by Participant which serves as custodian of the parties who conduct Bond Transactions or designated participant, with the followng provisions :

      1. if Participant serves as Custodian or Participant designated by each same party, the reporting input into CTP-PLTE by Participant which serves as the Custodian or designated Participant.

      2. If Participant serves as Custodian or Participant designated by each different party, so:

        • Reporting performed by Participant who serves as Selling Custodian or Participant designed by selling party, and confirmed by the Buying Custodian or Participant designated by buying party.

        • If Buying Custodian or participant designated by buying party didn’t confirmed as referred in Rule No. X.M.3 Until last of working day, so the Bond Transaction Reporting will be listed on the next working day with unconfirmed status.

 

Reporting Process through CTP PLTE (Receipient of Bond Transaction Reporting)

  1. 2 Way Reporting Process (PE/Bank – PE/Bank)

    • PE/Bank transact with other PE/Bank

    • PE/Bank (Sell)) reportig/input transaction they have done through PLTE System.

    • PE/Bank (Buy) confirmed the transaction through PLTE system.

    • Bapepam-LK received data transaction.

    • At End of day PE/Bank who do reporting and/or confirmed the transaction will received List of Bond Reporting Transaction (LBRT)

    • PE/Bank Settle the transaction

    • BI dan KSEI send data settlement to PLTE system.

    • Consolidation result reporting system and data settlement send to Bapepam-LK for further needs.


  2.  Way Reporting System (PE/Bank – Investor)

    • Investor transact with other investor

    • Investor reporting the transaction to their Custodian (Selling Custodian is also Buying Custodian)

    • Custodian reporting their Investor transaction through PLTE system.

    • Bapepam-LK received  data transaction

    • At end of day Custodian who do reporting and/or confirmed the transaction will received List of Bond Reporting Transaction (LBRT)

    • Custodian settle the transaction

    • BI and KSEI send data settlement to PLTE system

    • Consolidation result reporting system and data settlement send to Bapepam-LK for further needs

Reporting Hours

Every Working Day
09.30 – 17.00 WIB

Reporting Hours provisions :

  1. In the event that the transaction occured, reported, or instructed the solution to the Participant before reporting hour, so the reporting deadline count from same day reporting hours when the transaction occured or transaction report to the participant. 

  2. In the evenr that the transaction occured, reported or instructed the solution to the Participant after reporting hours, so the reporting deadline count from next day reporting hours when the transaction occured or transaction report to the participant. 

IDX Historical Data

Historical data transactions in Indonesia Stock Exchange can be obtained from the Data download menu, and then Summary and Historical Data Download sub menu.

1.       Data Download – Summary
The data obtained through this menu is Stock Summary, Index Summary, Summary of Exchange Members and summary of IDX Trading Data. The data available in this menu is the data for the last 2 years.
 
2.       Data Download – Historical Data Download
Menu for Paid Data Customer to download end of day trading data.
