1. Issuer Evaluation & Monitoring Officer

We are seeking bright professionals to join our organization as Issuer Evaluation & Monitoring Analyst. This role will be responsible to evaluate companies’ go-public requirements, monitor, and analyze issuers’ compliance of the issuers’ corporate action and adequacy of disclosure information of the issuer with the capital market regulation and IDX listing rules.

Specific Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance.

  2. Minimum 1 year experience in related fields, experience in Public Accountant Firm will be preferable.

  3. Having strong knowledge about accounting and financial analysis.

  4. Having good communication and presentation skills.

 

2. Legal Regulatory Officer

As a Legal Regulatory officer, you will be responsible for analysing and reviewing stock exchange regulations in Capital Market. You will be supporting business unit to develop various stock exchange regulation based on business needs that align with the current valid Stock Exchange & Capital Market regulations.

Specific Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in Law/ Administrative Law.

  2. Minimum 1 year experience in related fields.

  3. Having strong analytical thinking & initiatives.

  4. Having knowledge about Capital Market Law.

 

3. Transaction Investigation Officer

You will be responsible for carrying out checks on securities trading transactions on the Exchange which are indicated as not fair to create fair and orderly exchange trading.          

Specific Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in Accounting

  2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply / Experience max 3 years

  3. Strong in Financial Analysis

  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and sound judgment to identify issues and present creative and practical solutions

  5. Having knowledge on Capital Market Comprehension, Capital Market Law Regulation and fundamentals of inspection techniques (audit)

  6. Having the ability to make an Inspection Report

 

4. Product Development Officer

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting the development of concepts/ideas of strategic and corporate-wide exchange product development including indexes, as well as coordinating with related parties for the preparation of planning documents of product launch project and monitoring to ensure the benefits of product development to increase liquidity and market depth.

Specific Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economy/Statistics/Mathematics

  2. Minimum 2 years experience in related fields.

  3. Having knowledge about Business and Products of Capital Market

  4. Having basic knowledge related to data science

  5. Having knowledge of project management

  6. Having knowledge about business analysis

  7. Advance in Microsoft Office

  8. Mastering Macro Excel will be an advantage

  9. Having good communication and negotiation skills


5. Administration Officer – East Nusa Tenggara

In this position, you will be responsible for providing various administration duties (petty cash management, document archiving, mailing & expedition, etc.) and assisting project and/ or activities to increase public literation & inclusion on Capital Market. This position is also responsible to manage daily office operations and public visit.

Specific Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in Economy/Business Administration

  2. Good administrative skills, detail oriented, assertive, communicative.

  3. Experienced in using creative design software, such as Photoshop, Corel, Adobe Illustrator, etc.

  4. Experienced in administration field will be an advantage.

  5. Having Capital Market knowledge will be preferable.

  6. Willing to be located in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara.

 

6. Administration Officer – South Kalimantan

In this position, you will be responsible for providing various administration duties (petty cash management, document archiving, mailing & expedition, etc.) and assisting project and/ or activities to increase public literation & inclusion on Capital Market. This position is also responsible to manage daily office operations and public visit.

Specific Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in Economy/Business Administration.

  2. Good administrative skills, detail oriented, assertive, communicative.

  3. Experienced in using creative design software, such as Photoshop, Corel, Adobe Illustrator, etc.

  4. Experienced in administration field will be an advantage.

  5. Having Capital Market knowledge will be preferable.

  6. Willing to be located in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.

 

7. Member Evaluation and Monitoring Officer

Responsible for evaluating candidates for Exchange Members (AB), analyzing MKBD reports along with supporting reports and periodic financial statements submitted by Exchange Members, conducting training for Exchange Members to comply with applicable regulations, enforcing discipline through the imposition of sanctions for violations of regulations committed by Exchange members to minimize the risk for other ABs, investors and SRO, and updating data of ABs.

Specific Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in Accounting

  2. Minimum 2 year experience in Public Accountant Firm.

  3. Having a strong knowledge of accounting and audit procedures.

  4. Having knowledge about Capital Market will be preferable.

  5. Attention to detail and strong analytical, decision making, and communication skills.

  6. Having ability to build cross-discipline relationships

  7. High level of ethics and integrity


8. Surveillance System and Infrastructure Evaluation Officer

In this position, you will be responsible for carrying out monitoring system evaluation and development of surveillance application/database, including the formulation of business specifications, collection of historical data, data analysis and testing.

Specific Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree Statistics / Mathematics.

  2. Having interest and knowledge of programing language such as SQL, C++, and VBMacro.

  3. Have an interest as a data analyst.

  4. Having knowledge of applied statistics.

  5. Having knowledge of Stock Exchange Business and Operations, Information system apps programming and IT Fundamentals.

  6. Having good analytical skills.

  7. Having strong initiative, desire, and motivation to learn new things.

 

9. Data Management Officer (Temporary)

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting data provision, managing data and data warehouse, as well as conducting data dissemination and coordination for publishing studies and statistical publications. Aside from that, you will also carries out system development related to data management.

Specific Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in Statistics, Data Science will be preferable / Finance.

  2. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply / at least one-year working experience in related fields.

  3. Having Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Basic Statistics.

  4. Having knowledge of Visual Basic for Excel.

  5. Having knowledge of basic Accounting.
