He began his career as Manager at PT Danareksa Sekuritas (1998-2003), then Director of Investment Banking at PT Mandiri Sekuritas (2003-2016), Finance Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) (2016-2018), Finance Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) ) (2018-2019), and President Director of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Asset (Persero) (2019-2020). His last position before serving as Director of the IDX was Director of Strategy, Portfolio and Business Development of PT Pertamina (Persero) (2020-2022).
He obtained his Bachelor of Economics degree from Padjadjaran University in 1995 and Master of Business Administration (MBA) Finance from Leeds University Business School in 1997.

He began his career at IDX as an auditor at Internal Audit Division (1997–2000), Head of Internal Audit Unit (2000–2003), Head of Listing Division for Real Sector Unit (2003–2009), Head of Listing Division for Real Sector (2009–2014), Head of Listing Group I (2014–2018) and his last position as IDX Director of Listing (2018-2022).
He earned a Ph.D. from the Management Science Postgraduate Program, University of Indonesia Faculty of Economics and Business in 2021. Previously, he earned a master’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Economics and Business in 2003 and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from Udayana University, Denpasar, Bali in 1996.
Currently, he is a member of the National Committee on Governance Policy (2021–2024), a member of the Indonesia Strategic Management Society (ISMS), and also a member of the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI). Moreover, he serves as a guest lecturer at the Department of Accounting of the University of Indonesia concerning Good Corporate Governance and Risk Management.
I Gede Nyoman Yetna is also certified as Chartered Accountant (CA) from IAI.

Started his career at the Finance Directorate of PT Ariawest International (1999-2000), then continued his career at the IDX at the Internal Audit Unit (2000-2002), Market Surveillance (2002-2006). He was promoted to Head of Market Surveillance Unit (2006-2011) and Head of Market Surveillance Division (2011-2018). His last position at the IDX was previously Head of Trading Support and Operation Division (2018-2022). In addition, he is also a Commissioner of PT Indonesian Capital Market Electronic Library (TICMI) (2021-2022).
He earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Department of Accounting and the Department of Economics and Development Studies, Padjadjaran University in 1999.

He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia. He has held several positions at IDX including Head of the Compliance Division of Exchange Members (2000–2012), Head of Division of Regulation and Monitoring of Exchange Members (2012–2015), Head of Division of Corporate Valuation 2 (2015–2017) and Director of Surveillance and Compliance (2018-2022). In addition, he also served as the Management of the Indonesian Capital Market Education Association (P3MI) in 2015, and served as Commissioner ofPT Indonesia Capital Market Electronic Library (ICAMEL) (2015–2018).

She obtained her Bachelor of Economics from Gadjah Mada University in 1988 and started her career in the capital market in 1989 at HSBC-Custodial Services as a Staff Officer. Joined PT Baring Securities Indonesia in 1991 as Settlements Manager. She served as Director of PT ING Securities Indonesia since 1999, then as Director/COO at PT Macquarie Sekuritas from 2004 to 2016. Her last position in IDX was Director of Finance and Human Resources of IDX since 2018 until 2022. She is also active in various Work Committees and Task Forces at OJK, IDX, KPEI & KSEI since 1998 to 2016. She has a CACP Certificate (Certification in Audit Committee Practices) from the Indonesian Audit Committee Association (IKAI). In March 2021 she was appointed by the Minister of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia as one of the advocates or representatives of Indonesia for the G20 EMPOWER Alliance in order to improve the promotion of women’s leadership and economic development.
Since September 2021 she also serves as the Head of Market Development in the Indonesia Capital Market Sustainable Finance Task Force. She has also been selected by the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) as one of its Women Leaders of 2022, on March 3, 2022.

During his career at theMinistry of Finance and the Financial Services Authority (OJK), he has been assigned in several fields including as Head of Inspection & Investigation Bureau, Head ofTransaction and Securities Agency Bureau, Head of Service Sector Company Financial Assessment Bureau, and last position as Deputy Commissioner for Capital Market Supervisory II of OJK in 2013 – 2017.

He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago, US in 2001 and Master of Business Administration (MBA), Stanford Graduate School of Business, US in 2007. He received an award as Asia Society’s Asia 21 Young Leaders of 2013.
